Monthly Report December 2023
Dear friends
🌟Warm wishes for 2024!
We welcome the new year with a renewed commitment to ensure that more students avoid crushing debt and receive the guidance support to make better and bolder career decisions.
In the latest updates on the Small Towns, Big Dreams Scholarship, students headed back home availing much needed rest time. Many also spent this time carefully considering their plans for next year, building their CV and evaluating the disciplines and areas that may be suitable for internships.
We were also delighted to invite Neeraj Jetty from Cognizant, whose earthy feedback helped students appreciate not just the latest innovations but also the long adoption cycles industries undergo. He delved on the soft skills that are necessary for success and his own hiring philosophy for great talent.
Hope you enjoy this update and do consider funding our scholarship to support more scholars this year!

Vacation mode off, productivity mode on. Time to turn dreams into reality with a renewed spirit. This is what the scholars are aiming for in the new semester.
Prioritizing shaping one’s profile, seeking internship opportunities, crafting career plans, and stabilizing academic scores stand out as crucial objectives. Currently, Scholars find themselves in the middle range in terms of Emotional, Academic, and Social aspects, and are actively working towards elevating these to higher levels in the coming months

December was full of accomplishments and enriching experiences. After the 3rd semester, students embraced the holiday break by heading to their hometowns. This holiday season was truly exceptional as they seized the opportunity to not only relax but also to complete tasks left in the wake of the busy semester, showcasing admirable dedication to their academic, sports, and extracurricular activities. In sports and other curriculum activities, our students showed, their dedication as they brought home trophies and medals, adding to the pride of their college and for us also. Tech Talk has also helped students in building clarity related to their career prospects and long-term goals.
